I thought they only went as high as 8.

Looks like some sort of velco strip gizmo inside the back of the hat (top of the picture) to adjust the size.

I can match that 8-3/8 size with one I saw today at an antique market in London Ontario. I have a big noggin, but this T3 was HUGE. For C$32 I almost bought it for the novelty but left it for a large cranium shopper. |
