For every T_ model hat made by Tilley, there would seem to be an “LT_” version. I have always preferred the original cotton duck manifestations of these models and worn the nylon (Nylamtium) hats that were “born” that way. Now, I’ve broken down and invited an LT5 to join the flock. Admit to worrying that the sizing will be way off, but I will report on that when it arrives. Until then… where do we put the “nylon T’s”? Here or, start a new forum for non-airflo nylons? Attachments:

Hmmm…. Good question.
Since we are talking about the same OG Tilley design(s) rendered in different fabrics, I suppose it makes more sense to group the LT’s with the T’s Then again, almost all the hemp and wool hats are simply T-models made in other fabrics also.
Maybe it should be organized by the letters in the model numbers? T’s and L’s with subgroups for the variations (TH, TW, TM, LT, LTM, LTMO, maybe even some WC’s)
