Dating a T4 with “care instructions” crown label

Got some more info and photos.
Seller told me that the woman who sold it to her told her that she had given it to her father 20 years ago and, after his death, found it in a closet, apparently never worn with all the original sales stuff with it.
I tipped seller off to the secret pocket in the crown (which is apparently a lot more of a secret than I would have guessed) and she took pics of the contents along with more pics of the other paperwork.

In essence, this is a time capsule of sorts, apparently from 2002.
Points of interest:
-“Care Instructions” crown label in use in 2002.
- NO apparent manual, despite mention of one on the label. (Seems rather odd that owner would keep all the other paperwork but lose the manual?)
- Only brag tags in the bag.
- “Congratulations” letter included which mentions brag tags (“in the secret pocket”) and only alludes to a manual (“read how the wind cords work”).
